How to learn

The first day of learning the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique is taught only in person by certified teachers. The following checking sections could be learned on-site at the T.M. Center or learned on zoom with the study of a T.M. App.  This is especially convenient for busy business people or people leaving Hong Kong for work or travelling after the first day instruction.  It is practised for 20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably with eyes closed.
